- How Does It Work?
Ordering online with Bliss Ink is easy!
- Place your order online.
- Bliss Ink will contact you to confirm your order and you will be assigned your very own designer.
- The designer will contact you and begin to layout your order.
- The designer will email proofs for you to review. Proofs are also posted on the Bliss Ink website in the Client Preview section so you and your friends and family can review them conveniently.
- After you review your proofs, you may request any revisions that need to be made and the designer will email you a new set of proofs. Two rounds of revisions are included with every Bliss Ink order.
- When your proofs are exactly the way you want them, the designer will email or fax an approval sheet for you to sign. You will be approving your proofs for production.
- No order may proceed to production without your explicit permission in the form of a signed approval sheet.
- Your order is printed, assembled and shipped to you.
- Do you have a printed catalog?
To keep our overhead expenses low, we do not offer a printed catalog, however you can download a copy of our online catalog in PDF format here. All of our products are available in our online catalog. This allows us to focus on using quality materials and craftsmanship.
- Can I get samples before I order?
Yes. We offer two ways of sampling our work. We will mail you a sample (via USPS) of any product in order for you to "get the feel" for the paper, design etc. for a $5.00 charge.
Then, we will email you a coupon for $5.00 that you can use toward the purchase of your invitation set, save-the-date set or anything else we offer in our online catalog.
- How do I redeem the coupon?
Simply enter the coupon code in the box provided on our checkout page to redeem the coupon.
- Will I get to see what my order looks like before it is printed?
Yes. Once the order is in progress you can preview your design choices here in the client preview area.
- What is your minimum order?
At Bliss Ink, we can accomodate a small, intimate wedding or a grand affair! Invitations can be ordered in increments of 25, starting at 50, up to 500 or 1000! Inquire here for more details.
- Can I alter the designs or color of the invitations?
Our collections can be moderately changed for a nominal charge.
If you have envisioned something completely different from what you see online, don't despair! The Bliss Ink design team will be happy to consult with you regarding custom created designs for your invitation needs.

- Do you have references?
Absolutely. We are proud of our customer relations and welcome you to read our customer comments.
- Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover either online or you may fax us your order form and credit card information to 425-277-2734.
- I'm concerned about using my credit card online, how do I know it's safe?
All personal information sent between your computer and our server is encrypted using 128-bit SSL. Bliss Ink has its own security certificate from Geotrust displayed on every page where information is requested
- I need more than invitations and announcements for my wedding, do you know where I can find other services?
Yes. We have an entire page of links to other sites that can help you find everything you may need.
- What is a "cookie" and why do I need to enable them in my browser?
A "cookie" is used to store information on your computer about the items you place in the shopping cart here at blissink.com. Without "cookies" enabled in your browser our shopping cart will not work. Bliss Ink believes your personal information is yours and yours alone. We will never give or sell information about you to any third party.
