Please review our shipping and returns policy for additional information.-The Bliss Ink Team Shipping Bliss Ink ships all products ordered online, except for SAMPLES, via FedEx Express. All orders for samples are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made with a Bliss Ink designer or other employee.
We take extra care in packaging your order for shipment and have high regard for FedEx Express however Bliss Ink does not guarantee that products will be delivered by FedEx on time and/or without damage.
Damaged product may be re-ordered thru Bliss Ink, and a claim for damages be made with FedEx directly.
Bliss Ink may or may not participate in the claim at the sole discretion of its owners and partners. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are determined on an individual basis, at the sole discretion of Bliss Ink.
If an order must be cancelled before going to production, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total or $100, whichever is greater.
The $100 design fee for custom orders and design modifications is non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that proper spelling, grammar, colors, and ANY OTHER PRINTED INFORMATION is correct in the proofs they are provided before indicating their approval to send the job to production.
Bliss Ink will not be held responsible in any way for errors in spelling, grammar, color or ANY OTHER PRINTED INFORMATION once the proof has been approved for production by the client.
The client agrees to pay any and all costs in the event that an order needs to be reproduced due to errors that exist in proofs that have received client approval. |
